Thank you for shopping at www.theshoppe.in. We always strive to ensure that each transaction at our website is hassle free and take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store/ warehouse.

As a policy we do not offer refund/returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed and has no genuine defect or damage.

However, if it is discovered that a wrong product has been delivered to you or the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to resolve your problem and re-fulfill your order.

You can report your problem, complaint or query related to the ordered product by contacting at our store within 48 hours of delivery at +(91)9712855500 or (0265)2336543 between 11.00 am to 8.00 pm IST(Saturday to Sunday) or email us on theshoppesales@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the product. The image clearly showing defect or damage will have to be attached in the mail.

Exchange policy applies only to sales which have taken place within Vadodara.

It is responsibility of the consumer to read all the information provided about the product and if any doubt regarding the product one can always contact us on +(91)9712855500 or (0265)2336543 between 11.00 am to 8.00 pm IST(Saturday to Sunday) before placing an order.

In spite gaining full knowledge of the product purchased, consumer still wants to exchange the product, we offer an exchange facility. Please refer these points carefully.

We do not offer reverse pick up facility, it is whole and sole responsibility of the consumer to bring back the product (sealed with its original packing and unused) & bill copy to THE SHOPPE premises informing us beforehand.

On arrival our staff member will inspect the product and its packing. Only if it is found in its original sealed packing we will be able to offer your exchange facility.

You can purchase anything else you like from the premises of the same value or higher value of the original order bill value (actual paid value). In case of higher value purchase, the difference amount will have to be paid during subsequent billing.

If the product was purchased during any offer/discount/sale period, upon exchange the same offer/discount/sale will not be provided if no such offers are going on. In any conflict arising THE SHOPPE management’s decision will be final.

This benefit of exchange facility can be availed within 2 days from the date of receipt of original order ( 48 hours from time of receipt of original order).
